Founders Day is a time to commemorate the founding of our institution and celebrate the things that make NMSU unique — like chile! Join us in exploring the rich culinary and agricultural tradition of New Mexico chile. The day’s festivities also include the launch of the faculty and staff initiative of NMSU’s Comprehensive Campaign — a system-wide effort to raise money and pledges to support students, faculty and staff excellence.
